Pricing questions
What does the free month include?
You choose a paid plan and receive the first month free. A payment method is required, and billing starts after the free month unless you cancel first.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can move between plans as your needs change. The billing screen shows the timing and cost before you confirm a change.
Are custom forms included?
The form library is included on every plan. ServiceM8 form migration and library form personalisation are free from Growing upwards. Growing also gets 20% off any bespoke form or sales-builder build; on Scaling, all of that work is included at no extra charge, one request at a time.
How are local prices chosen?
We use your visit location to show prices for United States. Your checkout address determines the final currency, price and applicable tax in Paddle.
